Explain about the nature of the Open Lab, perhaps containing this:

"A listing and network of labs that can help facilitate the development of a community-led, grassroots effort for biofuels production from algae."

Explain lab etiquette, what a lab applicant should be able to do, how an administrator should handle applicants, etc.

We'll use a Google maps extension. They are functional, and have worked with Phyco.org in the past.
